Product GuaranteesOur Cables and Adapters are backed with a 1 Year Guarantee. Electronic Device have a 30 Day Guarantee.
After 30 Days cables can only be exchanged for like items if they are not functioning.
Cables returned in used condition will not receive any refund.
Special Orders and Custom Cables are not returnable for any reason.
Please send us a copy of original Invoice on returned package.
We will replace or repair or credit your account for the product.
At no time is PCCables.com responsible for any more than the cost of the Original Cable.
Proper use of all cables is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Usage of our cables in life support equipment is at the sole discretion of the customer and at no time will PCCABLES.COM INC. be responsible for this use.
Return Procedure:PCCABLES.COM designs and builds many of our cables and therefore strives to make a better cable for less.
You may return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less Shipping.
If we made an error we will refund you the cost of shipping and the cost of the return shipping.
If you made an error then we will not refund your shipping or the return shipping.
Condition of any Returned Merchandise:
Excluding manufacturing defects, in order for you to receive a refund or make an exchange the merchandise must be in new condition. In order for us to make sure a cable is defective it must be in a condition that is testable. We reserve the right to refuse credit on a return if the merchandise is damaged while in your possession and is returned in a state such that we cannot test, repackage and resell the merchandise.

Cables that have bent pins from the customer miss use.
Cables damaged because of customer Neglect on installation.
Cables Marked with Markers or permanent Tags.
How to Return an Item:
To return merchandise you need to contact us for an RMA number. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include in Email:
1. Order Number.
2. Items Numbers and Quantity of return.
3. Serial Numbers if Applicable.
4. Reason for return.
Include in the Box:
1. Photocopy of Sales Receipt.
2. Note with reason for Return.
3. Items in Resellable condition (with manuals. Cdrom, box etc)/

How We Process Your Return:
Once we have received and inspected your returned merchandise and determine that a credit is due we will credit your refund to the payment method you used to buy the merchandise. This occurs every Friday.
