Component Video Cable
Component video is a video signal that has been split into two or more components.
Most commonly refers to an Analog video information that is transmitted or stored as three separate signals.
Component Video 3 Triple Cables do not carry any audio Signal.
Two formats of component Video Exist with some confusion.
RGB analog Component Video.
Which is simple color component of R-Red, G-Green, B-Blue usually sent along with a sync Signal.
This is the format used on most Video Equipment using High Definition Video in Analog format.
Y'PbPr analog component video
Cable is color coded GREEN=Y' BLUE=Pb and RED=Pr
Almost all Component TV and DVD and Video Projector Etc. today put the SYNC on the GREEN hence Y'
