Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Compliance Declaration

I, Jay F Kullmann, on behalf of PCCABLES.COM INC, hereby declare the following regarding our products manufactured under contract in both CHINA and VIETNAM.

Chemical Inventory:
We maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of the chemicals used in the manufacturing process of our products. This inventory is regularly reviewed and updated in accordance with TSCA requirements. We update our ROHS and REACH Compliance as they change for our products.

Premanufacture Notices (PMNs):
We confirm that we submit PMNs to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for any new chemical substances that are used in the design or production of our cables. Our practice ensures that the EPA has the opportunity to assess the potential risks associated with these chemicals before they are introduced into commerce.

Reporting and Recordkeeping:
We adhere to TSCA reporting and recordkeeping obligations by documenting and maintaining records related to the production, distribution, use, and disposal of our products. These digital records are available for inspection in compliance with EPA regulations.

Testing and Reporting:
We acknowledge our responsibility to conduct testing and reporting on the health and environmental effects of chemicals used in our products as required by TSCA regulations. We ensure that any necessary studies are conducted and the results are reported to the EPA in a timely and accurate manner.

Confidential Business Information (CBI) Claims:
We recognize that certain information submitted to the EPA may be considered proprietary or confidential. Where applicable, we will appropriately claim CBI status for such information in accordance with TSCA provisions.

Export Notification:
In cases where our products are exported, we commit to notifying the EPA as required by international agreements and regulations to ensure full compliance with TSCA requirements.
