How long has PCCABLES.COM been in business?
We started building custom cables in 1989 in Florida and sold directly to customers at computer and ham radio shows and through mail order. In the spring of 1996, we launched PCCables.com.

We now purchase directly from three factories that build our cables to our design specifications, and we would be happy to supply any of our designs to you at very reasonable prices.

Is PCCABLES.COM secure?
Yes. We invest significantly in security to protect your identity and our reputation. We use 2048-bit high-grade encryption with PCI compliance and an Extended Validation SSL certificate. Our servers are protected by firewalls and kept current with OS patches.

Where are the pictures?
Under each item you can see a picture and technical information by clicking on its description.

We also spend considerable effort creating technical drawings and reference information to help customers select the correct cables and adapters.

What, no fancy graphics?
We have added some modern graphics while trying to keep the site fast and easy to use, especially on mobile devices.

Your time is valuable, and we do not want to slow things down with unnecessary page bloat. We focus our efforts on clear product photos, technical drawings, and useful product information.

Do you sell to resellers?
Yes — it's easy. Just sign up through our secure online system.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, request a quote for quantities of 100 or more.

Are your items in stock?
Yes. We typically stock between 10 and 10,000 of many items.

Where are the cables shipped from?
Florida and California.

I'm local — can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
If your order is large or heavy, we can accommodate local pickup.
Please call ahead to arrange a pickup time.

When will my order ship?
Orders received by 3:00 PM EST usually ship the same day.

We make an extra effort to prioritize next-day and second-day air orders.

Can I track my order?
Yes, for US orders. Use your original order number on our UPS Tracking Page.

Canada, Europe, and other international orders are shipped using the method we expect to arrive most reliably to your location. Please note that local brokerage and handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

I've tried calling but the line is busy — what should I do?
Our technicians are busy assisting customers with both phone and online technical questions.

For faster service, please place your questions and orders online whenever possible.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, phone orders require a $50.00 minimum purchase.

Can you send me a sample?
If you've purchased from us before, we're happy to send samples.

Otherwise, our prices are low enough that you can order a single item as a sample.
