How long has PCCables.com been in business?

We began building custom cables in 1989 in Florida, selling directly to customers at computer and ham radio shows, as well as through mail order.

In the spring of 1996, we launched PCCables.com. Today, we work directly with a select group of factories that manufacture cables to our exact design specifications.

Are your items in stock?

Yes. We typically stock between 10 and 2,000 units of each item.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from Gainesville, Florida.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes, local pickup is available by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a time.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same day.

We prioritize expedited shipping, including Next Day and Second Day orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. U.S. customers can track orders using their order number on our Tracking Page.

For international orders (Canada & Europe), we select the most reliable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for any local brokerage or handling fees.
